Soup for Slimming

The main thing in this diet – soup to lose weight, you want to eat every day several times a day as long as you want. The more you eat, the more weight will drop.
When properly regulated diet for a week you should get rid of 5.9 kg. It is important that those products that are recommended diet, you ate it in those days, in which they need to eat.
If during the week you lost 7 kg and more, take a break in a diet for two days.
Soup for slimming
6 medium onions, some tomato, 1 small head of cabbage, 2 green peppers, 1 bunch celery, 1 cube vegetable broth.
Preparation
Cut vegetables into small and medium-sized pieces and cover with water. Season with salt, pepper and optional curry. Boil over high heat 10 minutes, then make a small fire and continue to cook until vegetables are tender.
Soup does not add calories, so you wash it to eat as much as you want.
First day. Eat soup and any fruit except bananas. Drink tea or coffee without sugar and milk, cranberry juice and water.
Second day. Eat soup, as well as raw, fresh or canned vegetables and greens. Exclude only dried beans, peas and corn. During lunch you can eat a baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit. Drink only water.
Third day. Eat soup, fruit and vegetables (excluding baked potatoes, beans and bananas), drink water. For three days you have to lose 2 to 3 kg.
Fourth day. Eat soup, fruit and vegetables, including bananas (not more than 3 pieces), drink skim milk and water.
Fifth day. Eat soup, beef (300-600 grams a day), and tomatoes. Drink 6-8 glasses of water.
Sixth day. Eat beef, vegetables and soup. Drink water. Do not eat baked potatoes.
Seventh day. Eat brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice, vegetables and soup. You can add a soup or vegetables, any spice. Drink only water.
By the end of the seventh day, if you comply strictly with the diet, you will lose 5 to 9 kg.
Keep the following rules:
- Do not depart from the menu, do not add any other products;
- Weigh yourself every morning;
- Eat soup every time we are just beginning to feel hungry;
- Be careful with the oil, are allowed to eat it only once a week with baked potatoes.
